Refund policy

Trial first

Download and the 15-day trial are free so you can confirm the till fits the shop before paying.

Unused licenses

If you paid and have not activated the purchase code, contact us within 7 days. We will refund the license price after we void the code. Paystack or Mobile Money operator fees, if they cannot be recovered, may be deducted.

Activated licenses

Once a code is activated on a computer, the license is generally not refundable, because the product has been delivered. We will still help if the installer is defective or cannot run on a supported operating system.

WhatsApp +233 50 899 7295 or email admin@globitechcybersolutions.com with the Paystack reference, store name, and email used at checkout. Refunds, when approved, go back through Paystack to the original payment method.
