How do I start the 15-day free trial?
Simply download and install RSams on your computer. When you launch the app for the first time, you will be prompted to create your shop owner administrative account. The 15-day trial activates automatically with zero credit card or payment info needed.
Do I need to pay before downloading?
No. Both the Windows and macOS installers are free to download and use for 15 days. You only purchase a license when you are ready to continue using the till after the trial period.

How many computer terminals are included under one license?
Every plan lists its included PC terminals: 1 PC on the 2 Months Starter plan, 3 PCs on 4 Months, 4 PCs on 6 Months, and 6 PCs on the 1 Year Enterprise plan. Extra PC seats are bundled at no extra cost.
How do I activate the app after making payment?
Immediately after successful checkout on Paystack, you are returned to a confirmation page displaying your unique purchase code, and a copy is sent to your email. Open RSams Inventory on your computer, click “Enter License Code”, paste your code, and your registers unlock instantly.
