Terms of use

The software

RSams Inventory Management is desktop software for Windows and macOS. The download is free. Continued use after the trial requires a paid license for the period and number of computers shown at checkout.

License grant

A paid license lets the named business activate the listed number of computers until the expiry date. You may not share purchase codes, reverse engineer license checks, or run more seats than the plan allows.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for shop data, backups on the computer, and choosing a strong admin password. Default first-run credentials must be changed immediately.

Internet

Activation and renewal need a network connection. After a license is active, sales can continue offline. We do not promise uninterrupted internet, Paystack, or electricity at the shop.

macOS installation

On first launch, you may approve the application in macOS Gatekeeper (System Settings → Privacy & Security) to grant standard local execution permissions.

Limitation

The software is provided as a business tool. To the extent allowed by Ghana law, Globitech Cyber Solutions is not liable for lost sales, lost stock records, or indirect loss. Our total liability for a paid license is limited to the amount you paid for that license period.
